Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from The DigiAsset. We want you to feel confident and safe when you invest in the DigiAsset Sales Booster Bundle and any other digital products on thedigiasset.com.
Because we sell instant-access digital products, our refund rules are slightly different from physical products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Products Only (No Physical Returns)
All of our items – including templates, checklists, AI prompts, courses, and documents – are delivered digitally via download links, email access, or online portals.
- There are no physical goods shipped.
- You do not need to send anything back to us to request a refund.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the DigiAsset Sales Booster Bundle and other eligible digital products.
If, within 14 days of your purchase, you feel the bundle is not valuable or not a good fit for your work, you can request a refund.
- Refund window: 14 calendar days from the purchase date
- Type of refund: Full refund of the product price (excluding any bank / currency conversion fees)
- No complicated conditions: We may ask for optional feedback to improve, but your refund is not dependent on answering questions.
If you’re not happy, we don’t want to keep your money.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
To keep this policy fair for both genuine buyers and our business, refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- After 14 days
- Requests made after the 14-day window cannot be refunded.
- Change of mind after heavy use
- If we reasonably believe the bundle has been fully downloaded, used for multiple client projects, and then a refund is requested, we may decline the request. This is to prevent misuse.
- Duplicate accounts / chargeback abuse
- If a customer repeatedly buys, downloads, refunds, and/or files chargebacks, we reserve the right to refuse future purchases and refunds.
- Third-party costs
- Any fees charged independently by your bank, payment provider, or currency conversion are not controlled by us and are not refundable by The DigiAsset.
- Resale / sharing / piracy
- If we find that our files have been shared, resold, or distributed publicly or privately in violation of our license terms, we reserve the right to refuse refunds and may disable access.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you are within the 14-day window and would like a refund:
- Email us at support@thedigiasset.com from the same email you used at checkout.
- Include:
- Your full name
- Your order number or transaction ID
- The product name (e.g., “DigiAsset Sales Booster Bundle”)
- A short note about your experience (optional but very helpful)
- Our support team will review your request and typically respond within 2–3 business days.
If your request is approved:
- Your payment will be refunded back to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your license to use the product is revoked.
- We may disable access to:
- Download links
- Any private folders/portals
- Private WhatsApp / community access related to that purchase
You agree to:
- Stop using the templates, checklists, prompts, and course materials, and
- Delete any copies from your devices and cloud storage.
This helps us keep the guarantee generous while protecting our work.
6. Order Issues & Failed Downloads
If you face any technical issue, please contact us first – most problems are easy to fix.
We will gladly help you if:
- You didn’t receive your download email or access link
- The file is corrupted or doesn’t open properly
- You entered the wrong email during checkout
In such cases we will:
- Re-send the download links, or
- Correct the email and re-issue access, or
- Provide an alternative format if needed
These situations are usually solved without needing a refund.
7. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice:
- Contact us at support@thedigiasset.com with both order numbers.
- After verification, we will refund the duplicate payment or offer a credit toward another product.
8. Subscription or Future Payment Plans (If Applicable)
Currently, the DigiAsset Sales Booster Bundle is sold as a one-time payment.
If we introduce subscriptions or payment plans in the future:
- Missed or failed payments may lead to temporary suspension of access until payment is completed.
- For subscriptions, refunds will generally not be given for partially used periods, but you will be able to cancel future renewals at any time.
We’ll clearly explain any new subscription terms on the relevant product page.
9. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us first if you are unhappy or experiencing issues.
- Initiating a chargeback (dispute) with your bank or card provider without contacting us may lead to:
- Immediate loss of access to all current and future products
- Blocking of your email and account from buying again
